DC Supergirl Teen Costume for Women - Halloween & Cosplay

The outfit I received DID match the picture and description. I read multiple reviews of people getting a different outfit than what was pictured so I was worried.Like many other reviews, the skirt, cape and boot covers (all the red things) were sticky to the touch and stuck together. Even slow meticulous pulling apart lead to the shiny finish on the material to peel away with one side, leaving the other just plain red fabric ?‍?Overall I'll be able to hide those parts while doing a photoshoot but it's unfortunate. The product probably could have had more tissue paper in between the layers of the red fabric to avoid the sticking but it is what it is. Other than that, I think it will be fine for it's intended use.You get what you pay for... The cape and skirt of this costume is made of cheap pvc plastic that stuck to itself when I unpacked it. When I finally managed to pry the garments open, there was discolorations where they had stuck to themselves, making the costume pretty much ruined in looks. The S is sown on the front of the top, but is very thick, so it is uncomfortable to wear and looks bulky. Had I had any idea of any of this before the purchase, it would not have been ordered. One extra star because it is not actually ruined, and I like the design idea.I like it, but it's not as pictured.. This shows the gold band under the bust goes straight across, but mine goes into a V under the Superman logo- covering the upper stomach. The item I received looks like the costume: "DC Comics Secret Wishes Deluxe Supergirl Adult Costume" that amazon also carries. Perhaps I ordered too close to Halloween? Oh well, I'll probably just tuck it under. Still cute, and fits sizes 2-4.I was nervous ordering this based off of other review that I read, but my costume came in great! I will say there’s definitely not as much stomach exposed, which is a good thing for me! I am 5”4 though, so it only shows about an inch of skin between the top and bottom and the skirt fit higher up on my waist so my stomach was covered. When I peeled the pieces apart there was some slight discoloration but as it’s a costume for a good price I’m not upset over it and it was only a few small spots! I think it’s a fun, cute costume!Good price n fast shipping. Skirt runs a little big n belt was flimsy n really big. Top was true to size. Boot cover didn't stay on right. Better off wearing a regular pair of red boots. Overall descent costume n would recommend to someonewe didn't receive the costume that's in the picture. It was actually a whole piece instead of a two piece. still very cute but it was extremely shortThe item was stuck together and when I pulled it apart, the color would come off. Emailed to get a replacement, and the new item did the same thing.I already had my doubts when I bought this product knowing it was Rubies...but figured perhaps they've gotten better on quality and fit since....so I took the chance again and much as I suspected total garbage.
