I needed this for a friends wedding. I ordered it Nove 30th and it was delivered November 4th. It did its job for my four year old. However, I wish the pants had a better quality to it, a lining or something. but for the price, I couldnt be too picky!!!The jacket is lined but the pant is not. I also do not like the elastic in the waist.
