I purchased this a year ago as a school backpack for my daughter who is a ballerina. She loved it so much we purchased again for school as she started middle school this year. She started school mid August and that's when she started using the back pack and first one zipper broke and today the other broke. This back pack is too expensive to already be broken. So disappointed and so is my daughter. Waste of money.
