if you like sweatshirts that are big and your a medium get an XL. if you like tight fit and your a medium get Large. Otherwise than that it is great and so cute. I LOVE IT!!!Got an XL I'm 5'5 190lbs, weird tightness around the bottom seam that's slightly uncomfortable I would have sized up if I'd known but it still fits good, not to small in the rest of the sweatshirt.I was most pleased by the quick delivery and then the absolutely adorable sweatshirt. The inside is soft and I've managed not to shrink it. Cute loose fit that doesnt look messy: equally adorable with jeans or a tennis skirt.
