The book is well organized and addresses the 'how to' basics, with cosmological maps and a discussion of ethics, but what make this book is neat is that it also incorporates challenges so the reader can think and apply the information from the personal level of experience. She teaches how to take in shamanism as it was meant to be - a path of direct revelation. I'm almost sorry it's labeled "Teen Spirit" because anyone can benefit from reading this, even if you have prior experience with journeying. Young people who read and study this are very, very lucky to have found a guide vs a guru.
